Search Queries
A name or place entered into a search box is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies the response. Concordia Parish Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Messages sent by email are kept as needed to prepare a response. They remain within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Every time a page on this site loads, our servers pick up some technical details about the visit:

- The referring website, when one is provided
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them

- The internet protocol address used by the device

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Concordia Parish Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It provides general directions to the Concordia Parish Sheriff's Office, the courts that hear local criminal matters, LSP BCII-LCJIS and its LACCH repository, and the Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is never compiled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal file.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information submitted to a box is governed by that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before running a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff, court, state-agency, legal-aid, or outside search resources. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy rules apply. Review them before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites and select targeted ads. That tracking is not operated by this site.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
- Advertising networks that serve ads
- Analytics providers that measure traffic and performance
- Search providers that process a visitor's submitted query
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards protect collected information. No internet system is completely secure, however, so an absolute guarantee against unauthorized access or a breach cannot be made.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger than 18. Information identified as having been submitted by a minor will be deleted when reported.
Your Data Rights
Rights may vary by residence and applicable law. In Louisiana, public-agency record access is addressed by the Louisiana Public Records Law, including R.S. 44:1 and R.S. 44:31, while criminal-history dissemination is separately controlled by R.S. 15:587. Those laws govern official records and do not turn this private site into a public custodian. At a minimum, you may:
- Opt out of certain forms of processing
- Request deletion of your information
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request a copy of information held about you
